In this hands-on training, we'll showcase a framework for building custom report types that can serve as a foundation for report requests. There are some key features that enable incredible flexibility to reference all the desired data points and filter data sets accordingly. Then we'll work through example requests and build the reports together. This will culminate with a final dashboard to tie everything together. A basic understanding of Salesforce is necessary in order to participate, but no prior experience with the report builder or dashboard features are required.
