This session will cover the importance of integrating non-traditional technology talent with the traditional technology talent in organizations. TechBridge and Goodwill of North Georgia joined forces with leading technology companies to offer a free, innovative 16-week technology career program to train individuals in Salesforce Administration and Web Development. We will discuss how the training of this diverse set of students including recent high school graduates with limited access and opportunity to traditional universities, military veterans, and career changers has unlocked their potential and motivation providing human capital and financial value to companies.
