Field Service Lightning is still the new kid on the Service Cloud block. In this session I'll share my first-hand experiences of setting up FSL. What's worked well, what didn't, and how I'd approach it next time.
This session would be a knowledge sharing / tips & tricks type of session. It could be useful for end users or admins who are trying to get a better sense of what FSL is and how it might work for them.
